1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our cut off for processing orders is at 11am on weekdays only. That means that if your order and payment reaches us before 11am, we will process and ship out your order on the same day. After 11am we will process your order the next day.

Couriers:

GrabExpress/Lalamove - Same day delivery if you reach the 11am cut off time for orders

Pick up at Head Office - Same day if you reach the 11am cut off time for orders

LBC - Metro Manila 1-2 days, Provincial 2-3 days

XEND - Metro Manila 3-5 days, Provincial 4-7 days

2. How do I know when my order is shipped out?

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

3. How can I pay via PayPal?

Process your order like normal then send us an email requesting for a PayPal invoice with your order #. A separate PayPal invoice will be sent to your email. Note that all PayPal transactions will incur an additional 5% charge.

4. Where do I send my deposit slip?

All deposit slips must be sent to payments@satchmi.com, only then can we process your order.

5. What are your payment options?

We have BDO and PayPal (5% additional charge). Unfortunately we don't have any other payment options available yet at this point.

6. Can I pay via COD or when I pick up my package?

We can't do this unfortunately to avoid losing the cash or having it taken.
